7.You agree that Casio shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the failure to register the product due to the server problem, system error or any other software error that may occur during the process of registration or otherwise.

9.These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India and disputes that may arise hereof submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

Membership Pack

• Exclusive Membership Pack can be purchased only within 1 year from date of original product purchase.
• All benefits of care pack can be availed on product registered under purchased pack.
• 6 Months extended warranty linked with Exclusive Membership Pack is in addition to the 6 Months availed by successful product registration on our website. If registration of product is not completed , Warranty benefits with pack will be of 6 Months only.
• Casio will be liable to provide free pick and drop services from Customer's Doorstep (except restricted areas) during warranty period only for manufacturing defect & Battery replacement during first year.
• Customer will be liable to pay transport charges in case declared information is found wrong/misleading while placing pick up request. Customer has to bear transport cost if pick and drop request is placed for battery replacement/band replacement/Time setting/Cleaning/No Technical problem/any reason other than manufacturing defect.

• 30% Discount on Watch Exchange shall be applicable on MRP of Watch being exchanged or New Product being purchased in exchange, whichever is lower. This offer will not be clubbed with any scheme running in market by any partner/dealer
• 10% Discount can be availed only through Casio Authorized Service Centre on cost of band/ battery replacement cost.
• Returns are not applicable for membership pack. However in case of product exchange, pack will be linked to new product within 30 Days of Product Purchase only after validation of Purchase proofs provided.

By submitting your entry to the "SHUBMAN GILL MEMORABILIA GIVEAWAY" ('Giveaway') organised by Casio India Co. Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as 'Casio' or 'Organiser'), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Giveaway and the privacy policy of Casio available at https://www.casio.com/in/privacy/ and that your participation shall be governed by and you shall abide by all of the following rules outlined hereinafter. Casio shall collect, store or use personal data in line with it's privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.

Period & eligibility

Giveaway period is for entries successfully submitted till 26th November 2023 at 11:59 hrs. Participation is completely voluntary. The Giveaway is open for participation by all residents of India in the Indian territory except wherever barred by law. The employees, officers, directors, anyone involved in the dministration of Giveaway shall not be eligible for participation.

How to participate

The mechanism to participate in the Giveaway will be published on all social media handles of Casio India and point of purchase for purchase of G-Shock 2100 series and 5600 Series.

Incomplete/ inaccurate/ late entries and the entries not complying with the rules of the Giveaway are liable to be rejected. Casio reserves the right to cancel or reject, at its sole discretion, the entries which do not comply with the guidelines herein.

Only a single entry per person/ social media account shall be allowed. Any limit over the above limit shall be found to be ineligible for the Giveaway.

Giveaway prize/ memorabilia

There will be a total of 12 winners who shall be gratified with giveaway memorabilia i.e., Mini Cricket Bat signed by Shubman Gill. The Giveaway prize/ Memorabilia shall be as stated on the social media post.

Selection of the winners

The winners shall be selected by applying randomizer function on all the eligible entries received by Casio. The winners shall be announced by way of post/ story on Casio’s all social media handles i.e., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIN etc. on 10 th December 2023, who must claim their prize within 30 days from the date of declaration of results i.e., by 9 th January 2024 through an email at support@casio.co.in.

Winner will be notified via a Direct Message on Facebook or Instagram or through a separate Facebook and Instagram cumulative post on the official page of Casio. Winner shall be required to provide his/her own an email address and phone number and furnish relevant details like photo identity proof (Pass Port, Driving License, Aadhar etc.) to Casio for verification purposes. If the winner fails to contact or respond to the above intimation by Casio as set out in paragraph above or the email/direct message sent to the winner is returned as undeliverable or the winner declines the prize, the winner will be disqualified and a new winner will be considered in the same manner and notified as set out above e. Such disqualified winner shall not be entitled to making any belated claims against Casio regarding such disqualification. Casio shall be under no obligation to entertain or correspond for any clarification/query related to this contest (winner or prize-related). Casio shall not be responsible for any delay or failure in providing the giveaway product on account of furnishing incorrect information. Grant of rights

The winner(s) of the Giveaway agrees to, unconditionally, irrevocably and without any consideration or royalty, grant right in perpetuity, in favour of Casio, to use, copy, display, reproduce, post, publish his/ her name, photograph, state/ city of residence and social media handle username on all media platforms and other formats in connection with the execution of Giveaway. By sharing the information, Participant explicitly agree and consents to the personal information collected by Casio through this Giveaway programme, to be used for winner announcement, marketing and promotional activities.

Product merchantability

Casio makes no express representation and as such shall not hold itself responsible or liable as regards the quality and performance of the Giveaway Product. The participants/ winners agree to not raise any claims concerning the same.

No claims or concerns by the winners as regards the afore-stated shall be entertained by Casio product.

Indemnity

The participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Casio, its directors, employees and officers against any loss, damage, third party claims and liability, caused/ incurred, directly due to misrepresentation, false information and any other act or omission of such participants, whether wilful or not.

Modification

Casio reserves the right to modify, alter, withdraw or extend the Giveaway at any point of time without any prior notice or justification or correspondence.

Jurisdiction

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of India. In case of any dispute, the courts of new Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
